One might ask, what does a real estate brokerage have to do with an art gallery? Let me explain;
Our office is housed in the Wing Sang building, which is the oldest building in Chinatown (1889).
Despite being a restored heritage building on the outside, it is ultra-modern on the inside with accents of the old brick walls of the original building throughout, providing for an eclectic and interesting design. It’s an inspiring space to work in with an innovative googlesque feel to it, a truly amazing space.

The best part is that it doubles, not only as a real estate brokerage but a world-class art museum as well. Our founder Bob Rennie, known around town as the “condo king,” is a world-renowned art collector and through his successes merged his two passions together under one roof. This past weekend was a pleasure for me to host friends and clients together with my esteemed colleagues at my first Rennie Art exhibit event since moving to Rennie last year.

At Rennie, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of technology and innovation, but most importantly, data, lots of data. Rennie and Associates are one of the few brokerage firms that have their own in-house economists that provide data intelligence to better serve our clients. You can’t make an informed decision on real estate without accurate information that has been properly analyzed. When someone buys or sells real estate, it is one of the most significant financial decisions they will ever make, and that is why advising your clients with the best data available is paramount.
