On February 28th 2018 Italian Chamber of Commerce Canada West held the last edition of Cucina Italiana Italian Master Class Series Winter Session with a presentation and detailed study of the aging, cut techniques and conservatives of the Prosciutto di Parma with Francesco Lupo – Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma. At the same event hosted by Federico’s Supper Club, Giampero Pecoraro introduced to the audience Ristoro Italiano – Sicilian EVOO a Canadian company based in Calgary specialize in providing healthy and authentic Italian delicacies, pates, olives and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
